Whosoever is dumping is either selling in loss (which I suspect is not the case as CTL share price is almost life time low and nobody will like to let go when reaping the rewards is so near as company is near to 100% operational in terms of Production) or someone who would have got equity in lieu of debt/outstanding dues. Latter seems to be more relevant. Sooner such loose hands are out, better it is for CTL share prices.
