    Well spotted nkl - yes it looks like BSM with a need to unload. From my rough reckoning they ceased to be a substantial shareholder in March '16, which would have left them with 25 - 30m shares to sell. If Pybar still holds they would be less likely to unload at 1.5c , if they think CTL has potential.
