to push back a little on this... i don't think a takeover is likely here given most suitors want control of the end product, you can't get that here because the offtake is controlled by vale unless a deal could be done.
just my 2c... i think better value will be created by building and operating considering how good a job has been done so far there is no reason to think they can't pull it off.
