I think BHP and the like assumed greenness & enviromental impact WOULD be valued but at the point end of the stick its clear... its not.
The worst thing is the indonesians don't appear to be slowing down... infact they are speeding up.
Jag is a good project for when the tide turns but i think its going to be quite a while.
