I'm a long term buyer, accumulator and holder of CTM. Never sold for a profit. So after 5 years am reaping the benefits.
Average buy in was 1c,which after the consolidation of 1/15 was then 15c average. So now with the SP at $1.27 that's a good tidy increase. Will hold as several things will possibly happen over the next 12 months.
Take over. Be it a cash buy out. Hopefully not. To much CGT. A take over so as to get shares in an existing major miner would suit
Also plenty of up upwards movement in the Li and Nickle sectors due to the swing to greener vehicles. Economics 101 of supply and demand.
The movement today of 15% will be known in a few days as to why. Don't expect the same tomorrow. Profit takers are always lurking, especially if the broader market takes a dive. Plenty of buying quality stocks at reduced prices. If the SP holds around current levels then more green days ahead.
Only 27 other days in the past year has the number of trades exceeded todays 1,630,000
I've had many small developing mining companies that would move a few percent with low trade numbers. But once they got to the mining stage then trading numbers rose. CTM will do the same if they actually do the mining.
All in all a great day for long term holders
