Regarding the imminence of the SW license they're currently waiting for the environmental agency to conduct their survey prior to approval. Forecasts in the Pará region are rain for generally the next 10 days and have been for a while even though we are well past the usual end of the SA wet season.
Could anyone with a bit more experience than myself provide any info on how large a dry window needs to be for the survey to be conducted?
