Terrativa's chunk of 3.5mill would suggest then that yes, the asset (Salobo) is worth $14mill - CTM.
But that money is not going to CTM, that's just the value of the asset which CTM has traded for Jaguar. You don't have it completely wrong, we just aren't getting $7mill.
