    If they don’t sell the iron ore project they could probably float it off into a separate company to raise the development cash and give existing holders an in-specie distribution of shares in the new company.

    As a distribution of capital that would also reduce the par value along with a very considerable reduction in the exercise price of the options.

    This could happen unexpectedly at anytime and could result in a very considerable revaluation of CTMOC. Exciting stuff!
