You can't do that. You would need to issue new options to do that, which would be a capital raise.
You cannot 'force sell' other peoples options just because they don't convert or plan to convert.
Also that would be silly given current cash position anyway... unless the company expects the price to decline from here you could raise cash at higher than 1.1c in a month or two and they've got this entire year of exploration covered with the $2million+ they just raised.
