Needs to trade or breech 1 cent before they can really ' ethically ' announce an underwriting agreement for the OB's IMO. That's what will happen first I believe. Lets see if it happens today.....but if they are even talking about it , it sure looks like the announcement will be this week as they will need to provide holders with some additional time over and above the standard required time-frames set out in the ASX listing rules for conversion of listed options.
As much as I would like to see 20 - 30 % gain to 1.1 -1.2 cents first and before a trading halt ......I do reckon we could be looking at a TH today folk's....
