Went to the EGM today. All five resolutions were accepted - i.e. two new directors are in and three existing directors are out. Did not record exact figures but around 45-47% shareholders voted. The 'for' vote got up at around 57% of the vote each, give or take. Votes at the actual meeting made no dent on the outcome which was decided on votes prior to the meeting.
George B was persuasive in arguing the 'for' case in informal chat.
Will be watching share price closely. Holding for now but possibly selling later.
