Important point of detail re resolution 5. Each party was given opportunity to speak before the vote. Not all did.
Ken Poutakidis spoke 'for' the resolutions; Trevor Carroll was unavailable.
Glenn Fowles was one of three speakers 'against' (Ian Ferres & David Stevens too) and concluded by tendering his resignation with immediate effect; whereupon he left the stage. So resolution 5 was not required to be put but the result was that he was gone from the Board (which is the same outcome as if the resolution had been accepted).
