Could be a bit of a wait, certainly hope the wait pays off for all current holders. If I were a new punter it would certainly be looking cheap at current levels, however I gave up being a 50/50 punter long ago particularly with penny dreadful stocks. If the deal goes through I certainly hope that meaningful targets are set for management with options well out of the money making up at least 30% of management salaries. Given the JV is a new company I hope all past employment contracts are reviewed and revised to reflect share price performance and profitable gold production hence increased shareholder wealth. I am tired of watching reward for no benefit to shareholders other than an incremental increase the asset valuation, this applies to many ASX listed companies IMHO.
