    Mal, You are more than likely correct, the half year accounts are due out in the next week so a clearer picture may be able to be drawn from that. " The initial payment must be used to pay out any secured lender" which I guess is the $3mill plus the 10% premium which is not interest, I wonder what happens with the liabilities to suppliers.
