Be patient...once the market realize that cto produces 100,000 ounces per year (100 ,000,000 $ profit in quick calculation) and once the market realize that the reserves are around 30 millions ounces, cto sp will hit the 11$ marks.
All what you need for this is to "wait another year" and one more spp. That's all. Is this too much to ask?
