,,and a TO all made easier of course because of the inept decision to re-classify themselves as an explorer after claiming to be a producer. This happened because they couldn't make consistent production predictions within 15%.

So ML and Co saved themselves any further embarrassment by becoming an explorer, and simultaneously removing the need for a foreign TO to go to the Foreign Investment Review Board.

So having tied the noose securely, put their neck in it, stood on the back of the chair and where about $0.15/share will get the whole company .... or they'll go into bankruptcy and administration and several of the new Directors will offer a negotiated purchase with the Administrators and shareholders will get $0.01c because there are no other bidders for an underground quarry.

I think the Chinese NEED gold for the home market and need lots of it and have the view that a Chinese Govt announcement in several years that China wants to become a reserve currency and has the means to eventually establish 10,000 tonne of gold reserves. (320,000,000 oz)

So the JORC said 10 million, potential for 50 M and surrounding country could be anything, and mining for twenty years CTO could go some way to making a dent in the 320M oz.

You can expect that once the world-wide resource base is to hand, Chinese will be quite happy to see Gold at $5000 in 5 years after having encouraged their population two years ago to start buying gold, buying that surged last year, and in 5 years a lot of gold will be held by the Chinese people, as well as the Govt. And good luck to them.

Thats the way a Govt really, makes their people feel happy, by making them rich, rather than printing money and handing it to a bunch of free loaders and layabouts to do nothing but consume like locusts.

If I had the plan the Chinese had, I would perceive what happens locally re Directors and the investment community in general as brain-dead.
