    Haven;t been following the CTO story at all, but here's a hand grenade provided for entertainment purposes ... is CTO about to surprise with an uptrend in a larger downtrend?

    Some maybe's to ponder ... not sure how production has been affected but wouldn;t rule out some short term downside. You'll know within the next few months most likely.
