    As far as I can ascertain from ASX announcements:

    CTO are a substantial holder of GML and paid for their holding with 16.3m CTO shares.

    GML have a total of 101m shares on issue so their 16.3m CTO holding is significant, yet their sp has not moved today.

    I wonder when the market will wake up to this?
