    Looks like a tech assessment - can hardly be compared to where CTO is today..... Like to think CTO is much closer to production stage, compared to 1998..... A hell a lot of infrastructure has been developed since then and recall there are 10 reefs, so hopefully more to it I would think... Question I have is this, how many times have a major cornerstone investor opted out of a deal with CTO, has it happened before?
