Not sure what you mean with 'bankable' - there has been written many interesting articles about the 'use and abuse of feasibility studies'. I guess one could always argue if feasibility studies are bankable but that is a different subject all together, I think.

Anyway, I am thinking if CTO is capable of securing a signature from an investor group such as KIG, one would have to assume they are able to produce the reports and information required to generate interest from potential key investors - certaintly, it seems CTO is embarking on new funding strategies. Note in CTO's last activity report it was stated;

" Major funding negotiations continue with the recent strengthening of the US$ gold price assisting, and the Company is working towards finalizing the major funding of the Charters Towers Project".

So let's wait and see what will happen - as an SH I am expecting these negotiations to be finalised in the next 3-6 months. (Ideally, Q2 2016).

Anyway, that is what I was able to locate at this point in time- if I manage to find further info I let you know....
