    hard to put a exact figure on it. open pit or under ground?
    either way 150M is par for the course.
    But you need to know the grades etc to make it profitable.
    In cto case it sounds like its better to get a JV or placement to pay for the expenses incase they stuff up.
    No prizes for guessing what cto management would prefer.
