A MOU with chinese company means jack hit.
They do it all the time and will only proceed to the next stage if they think of getting a bargin.
When they find out the real CTO they will be be doing a dubai !!! AND they will just walk away.
Only a hype to get the SPP and its not looking good.
Until cto can get 12500 ounces a quarter out of the ground ( which is there down forecast for the year now) than they will be up the creek without a paddle.
They did annouce a lot more before but shareholders are sick of the lies.
Did you note that warrior is not included in the MOU.
Wonder Why ?? likely cause its unpredictable and is a stab in the dark.
