You can take snippets of comments from other posters and address these, but can I suggest you address all of the points raised......No, probably because most of the information is 100% correct.

If it is such a good deal, then why not make the whole deal public.

I can tell you why they haven't -because your comments are NOT what is in the document. The Chinese will not put up $70m for half and you just put the deposit in.

Remember CTO needs to spend $70m to get a 2 year payback (assuming what you say is correct....but I doubt that too).
Who is going to invest $70m is this management.

We all know what the CTO management are like.....they have spent over $130m with no payback.....what chance is there they could does this at City.

Gold in the ground is pretty much worthless unless you can get it out economically.......but based on CTOs performance economic gold production may not be the business they are in.

Misleading statements, poor production, capitalisation of everything to justify a low cash cost per oz are...should I go on.....
