Sidr. With all due respect. You said, "no dilution of shareholders."

According to your figures, current shareholders will be diluted by approx 10% of the inferred resource base if this deal comes to fruition.

I say if, because this deal will have to cross many bridges before it is realised.

Also Sidr. What is your opinion on the current SPP. My opinion is that it is doomed and will fall short, considering the recent share prices.

CTO obviously need cash and soon. Whether it comes from an unlikely successful SPP or some other form of capital raising, there is going to be more dilution.

Not trying to be confontational, but those are a some of my concerns.
