With this type of detailed knowledge, I am afraid you are the only one who is qualified to answer your own question.
My wild guess (for the sake of shareholders and I hope I am wrong): The mine in Charter town is not that great. How many years u need to develop a mine? one ? two? three? we are alreday drilling more than nine years. I do not beleive that the low rate of production is a result of technical problems that will be fixed soon (one or two years)....maybe...maybe....when they drill they do not find the "right amount" of gold...and they keep drilling with the hope they will eventually find more gold...Meanwhile, they are looking to buy another lottery ticket with one more spp...The shareholder is gonna pay for this. Me perssonally, I will always be happy to go to the casino with "other people" money....
