re: CTO's production costs - I think you need to add another $150/oz to the $350/oz operating cash costs... to cover development costs and exploration costs etc..
So production costs would be around AUD $500/oz .. still leaving a nice margin of $700/oz at today's gold price.
By comparison DOM one of the lowest cost producers - produces gold for around $600/oz - whereas its cash operating costs start off at $450/oz.
in contrast the average gold producer might start off with cash costs of around $650/oz and be producing gold at $800/oz - meaning CTO should be $300/oz ahead of the average producer.
the other thing that will work in CTO's favour and make it more profitable than most juniors is it won't need to service huge debt .. it's virtually debt free and intends to grow via cash flow.
