Hi mates,

Could returns on investment at the present moment give a clue as possible market movement for CTO?

Here is a picture of returns on investment for an investor who had adopted a buy and hold strategy for CTO from 1999. As can be seen from the records ( and now put into this picture or chart ), he would have lost money in 2001 and 2002, but returns have exceeded $10,000 since 2003 till now - which is a 8 year period.



As can be seen from the returns chart, there is 8-year trendline support formed by the lowest points of the returns from investment for the 8 year period. The pink circles mark those times when returns have touched the support line and the yellow boxes marked those times when returns were very near to the support line.

You can observe that there is some form of management action or company developments each time the returns have fallen on or near to the 8 year support trendline, so that returns have rebounded from the support line through the lows.

And note- currently we have fallen and touched that 8 -year trendline again.

Will there be some form of management action or company developments that will cause returns to investment to rebound from this low, or are we "destined" to break this 8-year trendline support again?

Seen with the chart I posted recently on the Chaikin Money Flow which indicated smart money to have an unimpeded movement OUT of CTO up to a point some 3 weeks ago, where there was a positive nett smart money inflow as seen in the Money Flow chart, this places all traders and investors in CTO at an important juncture and expectation.
