I would say that he didn't know his stuff.
In 2002 I think Charters Towers Gold had about 300 mil shares so he has suffered a fair amount of dilution in that time, close to 300%.
But lets look at what they told him was going to happen.
They believe they have a gold resource POTENTIAL of 15mil ozs and have come up with a mining plan to produce 250,000ozs per year at a cash cost of US$115 per oz.
They go on to say that they have an existing mill and could begin production in as little as 6 months but will need 5 years to gear up to full production of 250,000 ozs per year.
