    Yeah, OK Find8, you are correct, but you hit the magic word in your reply, which was the crux of my post and that word is "if". Did Bob really did buy back in 2000??.
    If he had invested $4,000 back then, which I doubt.
    I certainly hope my bias is showing otherwise I am wasting my time writing on HC.
    I notice that the Global Speculator Newsletter out today has a bit on CTO.
    Headline says: "Walking The Tightrope of Cashflow management and Development". A rather nasty looking deficit showing there in red.
