Yes and this is what the company said to the ASX in response to a query on 23 March 2016.
"Further, the Directors consider that there is an active market for shares in the Entity."
You could hardly call an average of 5 or so trades a day as an active market, particularly when it has circa 1.8 billion shares on issue that's ( 1,800,000,000 ).
Not to mention, of the 8,385 shareholders 5,869 Shareholders have less than marketable parcel of ordinary shares.
As per the 2016 Financial Report as at 30 June 2016.
