    another JV coming up? - it provides good photo opps, you know, all the directors with smiles all round, pens at the ready to sign up

    however ... the hidden problem

    anyone doing a takeover or JV would have to be both wealthy and dumber than dumb, which is an unlikely combination of characteristics
