Asian punters all over this stock , i wonder if they are aware what they are buying. If they end up with 60% majority and CTO ends up with 40% i dont see them stopping at reducing that 40% lower as more funding is needed. Its been a great rally for some to get out. If i had any id take these price levels. If project was so great CTO could have done a bankable feasibility study and then attempted to borrow the money or found a contractor willing to profit share. Reality is they have attempted to mine this reef deposit over the years but couldn't do so profitably without burning shareholders cash.
