The problem IMHO Josh has / was that one major holder close to the company did not want to lose control so the mine was and continues to be run on the smell of an oily rag. So much dilution occurred with the years of spp's and failed attempts to raise funds without losing control. The difficulty in retrieving the gold was underestimated IMHO, the company put it self into a similar position to Greece, at the mercy of the financiers.
