Gasoroil if you had kept up with the presentations and webinars you would know CTP are courting the big 4 banks for a refinance at the beginning of next year. Regardless of what any of us think about Macquarie, they have been very accommodating to CTP according to Leon Devaney. Remember this type of finance is not like getting a housing loan, it's risky lending and priced accordingly. The least preferred alternative is to raise capital to pay it out. This just dilutes shareholders. Leon is sending a message to the market that the only way to get on board the CTP train is by buying in the market. That has to be a good thing!
