I just don't see the logic in your argument.
Yor are aggrieved about the share price since 2012 and blame the Directors. However, three of the current board have been in office for less than 12 months.
On that basis, they are not part of the problem but maybe they are part of the solution.
I rarely trade shares ST, but I will if my thesis changes. I exited CTP during the McBank bid, as I saw a big decline coming, and it was the right call as the shares declined 50% following the "success" of the minority shareholders.
In all this rhetoric, I have not heard any names on who you and your cohort would place on the board of CTP if the spill motion is successful and the Directors are voted off. That would add some value to your argument.
I am here to make money. I'm also happy to help out, as can be seen on numerous other forums here where I have some big investments.
