Big deal. I don't know about you Denny Crane, but I was a holder of a fairly large parcel of QGC shares at the time and guess what, as per usual, nearly all of those people on the Board and employed by QGC at the time  (and possibly mates of RC) got a job with the new group after the T/O. Nothing unusual about that.
Just the same as it would have happened if Macquarie was to succeed to the T/O of CTP.

And guess what, if you knew RC you would also know that in most cases he would have got all of his mates to follow him. It didn't take long at all to get rid of all the members of the previous BOD as soon as he got in and replaced them all with......guess whom. Yep, all gone.
