    I do like the part about the possibility of destabilizing the Board if we are top vote against the remuneration and in favour of the spill motion.

    Dear oh me, are these people for real.?? How much more destabilise can we get when we had the CEO/MD leaving the company in a rush...(Reason unknown and IMO with a six months full pay too), then the Chairman of the Company in a rush too, (also for Reasons unknown) and then a few other directors leaving (Reasons unknown too), and all in a rush too.

    Who is going to be the next one.??
