So a quick search of LinkedIn shows that neither is "just" company secretary... Joseph Morphea is Company Secretary & Commercial Manager, and Daniel White is Group General Counsel. Seems reasonable that both would be paid commercial rates for those roles. Or are you saying that one or both are way overpaid? Or is there something insidious about two people covering a role like company secretary?

buddy134 I'm struggling not to make this personal, but I find your posts are big on innuendo and railing against what you don't like, and very small on fact and specifics of what you would like done instead. Any chance you can be more specific about your concerns and/or what strategy you would like directors and management to pursue instead (other than a "one person one role" rule)?
