At the end of the day we can only really look at the facts and try to draw logical conclusions from them. To my knowledge APACR have not spent the proceeds or advised their shareholders with details of any proposed investment after 3 months, which from my experience is quite unusual...This probably also explains why APACR's share price has recently been selling well below the issue price reflecting investor uncertainty regarding the purpose of this significant capital raising.
