One further thought from the discussion above (speculation only) - yes a lower price could possibly mean that momentum for the project has stalled and interest has waned. It also cannot be discounted that if you were a large fund looking to increase your position, would you rather do it at 5c or 4c? Both scenarios are possible IMO. Time will tell.
