With respect to you, I think the point that Mr Heugh was making was that he challenged the veracity of the comment of Mr Cottee who said publicly on Monday 9th October in the Webinar, that when he took over, the Company was in danger of losing its Norther Territory tenements because CTP was

"$30 Mil in arrears on our exploration commitments and that all of our acreage in the Northern Territory could be in jeopardy , except 115 "

Mr Heugh was the MD shortly before the time when Mr Cottee took over, and was in a better position tahn you or I to make a comment publicly about the veracity of Mr Cottees comment.

Particularly when such comments are being said in support of the current position of the board of directors and particularly the current MD and the shareholders are invited to believe what is being said publicly.  

I don't know the truth of the situation, BUT Mr Heugh is entitled to  state what he believes is the correct position as are you!
