ctp board bumped off in april? - great plan-!

IMO right before the options expire next March and the options are about 1c to sell with heaps of sellers wanting out, Santos will come running in and scoop them all up!

If they get most of those options, and it should not be hard, they will exercise them and call an extraordinary meeting of shareholders to get rid of the current Board except for perhaps the MD (wink wink) and put on their people and take EFFECTIVE control of the Company.

That wasn't hard was it. To easily get hold of a chunk of shares just by exercising options and then take over without making a formal bid to acquire all CTP shares.

What a neat trick to play on a company they already approached to do a deal and got turned down!!! The question is why did the Board turn down a decent offer from Santos?

Now Santos are not happy with the CTP Board! You see they suggested a convertible note to give them all the money they needed. But the CTP Board refused it! Bad move but we have seen many of those before!

So as soon as you see somebody buying tens of millions of options just before they expire worthless - watch out!

Santos will not have to make a formal takeover for us! That is right! They will own a big enough chunk of CTP from exercising options to do whatever they want and Manage it their way and take Effective Control all legally!

Its all about the options! The option holders will be very disappointed and the majority of our Board will most likely resign just before the EGM which would be to kick them off and elect the new Directors.........and maybe then we may see some serious exploration of ALL our ground!
