ctp board bumped off in april? - great plan-!, page-19

Let me just elaborate a bit:

-The MD has been running our company for about 2 years.
-We still do not have a production licence for our Surprise field!
-The MD has not drilled even one well in our 100% owned ground in all the time he has been with us.
-The Company has hardly any money because the MD since he took office refused to do capital raising when our share price was as high as 20c because he did not want to dilute us he said but then does a capital raising recently and dilutes us at 10c.
-The MD says 9 months ago that he will farm out our Surprise area at $1M/percentage point but fails to deliver at the critical time.
-The MD says our March 2014 options will raise us all the money that we need to fund our share of Surprise development and our share of the Sth Georgina joint venture monies that we need to put up BUT the options look like they will expire soon worthless with no monies raised for what he said we will use them for.
-The MD has not announced any new plan for raising the company the money it needs to move forward and explore our 100% areas.
- etc etc etc

And some people wonder why i am a tad cranky!
