Based on our aggressive drilling program we should soon shall have some main fields from which oil and gas are produced: O2 Mereenie and Perdika basins.

With some luck our fields shall be producing and Central Treatment Plants will be required to be established, with existing pipeline infrastructure the costs for CTP shall be greatly reduced.

Within the CTP owned Mereenie acreage exists 80 kilometres of Santos pipelines servicing their West Mereenie and East Mereenie fields which then tap into a 1,628 kilometre pipeline to Darwin. A business related relationship between CTP and Santos may therefore be beneficial for CTP to established.

Any oil that CTP discovers could also be transported from a processing plant via a 270 Km pipleline to the Brewer Estate facility at Alice Springs where it is stored and loaded onto trucks for shipment to Port Bonython and sale to customers.

The opportunities and options available to CTP once hydrocarbons have been discovered should be encouraging to us and CTP, there are numerous cost savings and proportionately would be economic sense to established relationships with some of the major (Santos) in the area who may be able to benefit CTP in their quest to have product shipped to prospective customers.

I believe that arrangements may have been made to ship any Helium by truck (s) pipelines for HE would therefore not be require.
