I would expect some type of anns from the company regarding substantial holder notice, maybe they could advise us about the "Strategic Review attempts to attract take-over offers did not produce financially credible offers".
Maybe let s/h know what type of offers if any were offered. Knowing that some top 20 s/h are not happy with the present s/p and want out at 8c and will certainly put pressure on management in regard to votes, imo they will certainly have to address s/h concerns.
