"(a) the transfers in respect of the sale of all or part of the Participating Shareholders’ OfferShares becoming effective and being registered;(b) 60 days after the date of this document (unless agreement has been reached with buyer(s)in respect of the sale of all or part of the Participating Shareholders’ Offer Shares andbuyer(s) have deposited the Consideration into the Legal Adviser’s trust account, in whichcase this document will automatically extend for a period of 30 days); or(c) an announcement being released to the ASX in respect of a potential acquisition of theshares in the Company which is (in the opinion of Trojan, acting reasonably) likely tocomplete and result in a consideration payable to the Participating Shareholders of greaterthan $0.08 in cash per Offer Share"
