CTP confusing me.

Just recently, Cottee was saying the opposite, ... NGP won't be built, gas window closing, cannot raise money for drilling, etc, etc.

Why is Central Petroleum's website not updated to Cottee's doom and gloom, ... or has he been telling us untruths like the NGP bs ?
