The recurring NGP shutdown episodes reinforces the urgency of drilling DUKAS and quickly building the Dukas to Moomba pipeline. Building it would reduce impacts of NGP's outages on CTP's ability to confidently and reliably contract and deliver. I wonder if the reason Tamboran decided to align with APA to build what appears to be NGP parallel pipeline to east coast because of NGP's unreliability ? Maybe a new possibility for CTP is to also use the new Tanboran / APA pipeline to east coast and disengage from NGP completely ? Positive dynamics in progress for CTP currently are undermined by prospect of CTP resources once again being stranded. The situation is concerning.
