It's an interesting decision to face, Dukas vs Mt Kitty. Mt Kitty is all but guaranteed to find helium, it already has 2C resources, and is cheap to drill, and safer. But the volumes are much smaller and you're not likely to fund a helium industry in a frontier basin on that alone.

Dukas is riskier and much more expensive but the potential pay-off is game changing.

Personally I'd lean toward rolling the dice on Dukas because unless one of the really big plays come off the smaller ones are kind of irrelevant. But the previous JV partner wanted the smaller win first, possibly to build interest in the play to attract new investors to fund the costlier, higher risk drills.
