When are the major shareholders going to realise that their investment isn't going to deliver even a reasonable ROE until the BoD take some risk?
I'll be kind and suggest that its not fat cats protecting their wallets... its lack of technical, engineering, O&G (field) experience and I don't mean experience just working in the HO of a miner either.
